Availability:

The rooms are available every day between 8am and 9pm and bookings commence on the hour.

Bookings:

Room bookings are made on-line on www.counsellingat253.com.au or on the computer in the admin area of the rooms. Cancellations can be made by email on counsellingat253@yahoo.com.au or voicemail or SMS on 0423 661 335. Cancellation charge is $5.

Public areas:

Tea and coffee are provided in the practitioner’s sitting room, clients are not permitted in that area. Keys are available for clients to use the public toilets in the outside foyer area. The women’s toilet is on the same level, the men’s on the top floor.

Accounts:

Accounts are sent out monthly and payment may be made by cheque made out to Laurie Marcus or details can be provided for Electronic Funds Transfer if preferred. Payment must be made within fourteen days.

Procedure:

On commencing use of the rooms, a key will be issued following payment of a key deposit of $15. If you intend to see clients after 6pm or on weekends you will also need a key for the door between the stairwell and the foyer, this is a security key that can only be cut by the body corporate and requires a further deposit of $20. The street level door is locked after 6pm and on weekends and access is through the security keypad to the right of the door. I will provide you with the access code if required and it is your choice whether to provide it to clients or arrange to let them in yourself.

Expectations:

• Use of the rooms is dependant on you meeting a few simple expectations.
• Payment must be made promptly. Bookings will not be accepted from counsellors with overdue accounts.
• Booked sessions must finish on time to allow other people to start on time (if a room you have booked is not vacated on time, knock on the door).
• The counselling rooms and sitting room are to be left clean and tidy.
• When leaving the rooms please ensure the lights, heaters and particularly the air conditioner are turned off.
• Recurrent bookings will be cancelled at no charge dependant on one month’s notice.
